Fair, transparent terms governing your use of Ember, autonomous agentic operations, and our shared responsibilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Ember, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must discontinue use of the software immediately.

2. Authorized and Lawful Use

You agree to use Ember only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not direct Ember to perform unauthorized security testing, denial-of-service activities, circumvent paywalls or access controls in violation of law, or engage in malicious automation.

3. User Agency and Accountability

Ember functions as an autonomous software agent acting on your explicit directives. You are solely responsible for instructions provided to Ember and any outcomes, purchases, agreements, or legal obligations entered into on your behalf by the software.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Ember browser software, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of Ember Labs. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the application.

5. Early Access and Service Modifications

Ember is currently offered under an Early Access preview program. Features, capabilities, and availability may evolve rapidly based on user feedback and technological developments. Ember Labs reserves the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ember Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.
